GobiGobi is a technology-driven travel platform designed for pet lovers. The platform provides AI-assisted travel inspiration, itinerary suggestions, accommodation discovery, and related digital services.

2.Nature of the Service

GobiGobi provides information, discovery tools, AI-generated suggestions, and access to selected booking-related flows. GobiGobi itself does not represent that it is acting as a licensed travel agency, tour operator, or payment processor unless expressly stated otherwise.

3.Third-Party Booking, Rates, Availability and Payments

Certain booking, reservation, pricing, availability, payment, cancellation, refund, and related transaction functions may be provided, processed, or facilitated by third-party providers, accommodation partners, booking engines, channel managers, or connected systems, including SiteMinder and participating accommodation providers.

Users acknowledge that rates and availability may be supplied by third parties, reservation processing may be carried out through third-party systems, payment flows may be processed through third-party providers or accommodation partners, and booking-specific terms, cancellation policies, refund rules, payment conditions, and accommodation conditions are determined by the applicable third-party provider and/or accommodation partner.

5.Wizard Dog and AI Features

Wizard Dog and related AI features are provided for general information, inspiration, and convenience only. AI-generated suggestions may not always be complete, current, or suitable for every circumstance. Users remain responsible for independently reviewing travel details, restrictions, and provider-specific conditions before making travel decisions.

6.Acceptable Use

Users must not engage in prohibited activities when using the GobiGobi platform.

• Misuse the website or app
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Upload unlawful, abusive, harmful, infringing, or misleading content
• Interfere with platform security or functionality
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse platform content beyond permitted use

7.Intellectual Property

All rights in the GobiGobi website, application, branding, design, content, and software are reserved unless otherwise stated. Users are granted only a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform for lawful personal or internal business purposes.

8.No Warranty

The platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. GobiGobi does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of all third-party content, rates, availability, or AI-generated recommendations.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GobiGobi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or third-party provider-related losses arising from use of the platform, booking failures, pricing errors supplied by third parties, provider actions, payment issues handled by third parties, accommodation issues, or user reliance on AI suggestions.

10.Changes to the Services and Terms

GobiGobi may update the platform, features, or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
